This welcoming beginner-friendly class is perfect for students who are new to yoga or anyone seeking a gentler, foundational practice. Classes begin with a gentle warm-up followed by flowing movements that mindfully connect breath with movement. Students are guided through fundamental yoga postures designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness in a supportive and relaxed environment. Each class concludes with calming relaxation to help restore both body and mind. A yoga strap is recommended for class, though household alternatives such as a bathrobe tie, rolled towel, or necktie may also be used. A folded blanket or cushion is encouraged for additional comfort and support. No previous yoga experience is necessary — all are welcome.

Have a great start to your Saturday with this fun class which incorporates yoga poses for strength building, stretching, and relaxation. We also practice balance poses to help improve balance and reduce the risk of falling. The class ends with brief guided meditation. Nancy, who is a Reiki Master Teacher, also sends Reiki to the participants for further relaxation. Beginners are welcome. Come give this fun class a try!
