Hello June and the start of summer!

Summer

It is the Summer with its warm, sunny weather is here!  It is also a great time to stretch our muscles and build strength and flexibility.  Yoga can help you tone, stretch, and build strength.   Feeling stressed?  Join us for a great relaxation  activity!  Some of the weekly yoga activities are “hybrid” classes and can be attended in person at the Moonflower Yoga studio.  Alternatively, you can choose to attend a hybrid class from the comfort of your home via Zoom.  Choose which works best for you.  Further info on the weekly class activities can be found on the Schedule tab.

In addition to the weekly classes, there are also great monthly workshop activities to consider such as “Yoga Nidra” with Jackie on Wednesday, June 17th, at 8 PM which you attend while reclining comfortably at home.  One hour of yoga nidra = four hours of sleep!  Learn some great cooking tips in the upcoming edition of “In the Kitchen with Bob” on Sunday, June 14th, at 4:15 PM as we prepare and cook meals together from our respective kitchens, making a delicious dinner for the night.  There is also the enlightening “Evening of Guided Meditation and Relaxation with Bhante Sujatha” in July (exact date to be announced soon).  For fun, check out the monthly Moonflower Yoga Book Club and Moonflower Yoga Mah Jongg Club.

Vacation time!  Please note the Moonflower Yoga will be briefly closed in June for some summer vacation, and there are no activities on the schedule from Monday, June 22 through Saturday, June 26.
