Relax and De-Stress with Guided Meditation – Zoom-Only Class
Doctors recommend guided meditation for stress reduction and relaxation. Give meditation a try! You would attend from a comfortable position in your home. You can recline in bed, stretch out on your couch, relax in a recliner, or sit in a chair – whichever is best for you. Some participants cover their bodies with a light blanket for warmth and grounding, and place a pillow under the head if you are reclining. Close your eyes, relax, and follow along to the lovely guided meditation. NO prior meditation experience needed, and newcomers are welcome.
