Yoga Nidra Monthly Workshop

Yoga Nidra – also known as yogic sleep – is a deep meditation used to promote physical, mental and emotional relaxation.  You will be completely supported in a reclining position as you are led through a deep guided meditation where you can set your Sankalpa (heart-felt intention).  You can do this grounding and de-stressing workshop while reclining in bed, or on your couch, or on the floor of a quiet room in your home.  NO previous yoga or meditation experience needed, and all are welcome.   It is intended to induce total physical, mental and emotional relaxation.   It is believed that one hour of yoga nidra can be equivalent to four hours of sleep!
