Move slowly, breathe deeply, and settle into stillness as each poem supports relaxation, reflection, and inner peace. This practice invites softness, quiet & a peaceful return to yourself. Please have these props available for your use: a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a rectangular bolster or sturdy pillow, blankets, and a strap (or substitute a tie/scarf for the strap). All levels including beginners are welcome.
